Using Florence to gather Clinician feedback in Lincolnshire

Lincolnshire Community Health Services are applying Flo’s methodology to gather data and feedback from clinicians themselves.

After experiencing the benefits that Flo is having with their patients in Lincolnshire, they decided to switch the roles and apply the same methodology to capturing information from clinicians.

Clinicians are signed up to Flo as if they were a patient and weekly texts ask them about the impact of using Florence e.g. hospital avoidances, prevention of ambulance call outs, how many patients have had their treatment plan reduced.

The feedback is gathered by Flo and helps provide a productive model to support teams and feed into the local benefits calculations of using Florence.
