As part of the national “Implementing Effective Digital Health – Florence Simple Telehealth” event on 6th November 2014, there will be four Flo awards presented and your support in determining the winner of two of the categories below is warmly received:
The awards are a celebration of the dedication and hard work teams across the country make in offering patients the opportunity improve their health outcomes by supporting self-management.
